Julie Brown

Julie Brown BSc, MSc, DPsych, is a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. She has worked in the area of sexual violence and trauma for twenty years. She in Clinical Director of One in Four where she manages a team of therapists in delivering individual and group therapy to survivors of child sexual abuse, perpetrators of child sexual abuse, and the families of both. Julie is a Training Analyst and teaches on the MSc in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at Trinity College Dublin. Her doctoral study explored the unconscious functions of Child Sexual Exploitation Material. She is a former Chairperson of the IFPP.
