Join us for this engaging seminar with Prof. Salman Akthar, focusing on the topics of deadness and self-loathing and their clinical relevance.
This seminar will comprise two inter-linked sessions dealing with profoundly dysphoric internal experiences of deadness and self-loathing. Each session will focus on one of the two phenomena and will offer illustrations from clinical experience, the literary realm, and day-to-day life. Each session will consist of a 60-minute talk and a 30-minute Q&A period, making for an engaging and rich conversation.
